ALerCHEK, Inc. ensures a high degree of sensitivity due to its own unique proprietary technology based on colloidal gold which substantially optimizes the three dimensional expression of allergens and antibodies. Each ELISA kit comes equipped with a polystyrene Microwell plate consisting of 8 removable microwell strips, 15X Wash BufferTM, Specimen Diluent GreenTM (if necessary), HRP-conjugated antibody diluted in ALerCHEK’s own DilutabodyTM , Colorburst BlueTM, and Termination ReagentTM. Our ELISA components are also available individually.
